Title: PalmOS® Hotsync Errors
Symptom:
When you run a Hotsync, errors are recorded in your sync log. CARCare Mobile
Edition fails to open properly on your PDA, or does not display the expected
data.
Causes and Solutions:
Hotsync problems can occur for two common reasons:
Software Out
of Date
Download and install the latest versions of CARCare, following the
instructions on the Download page.
Incorrect
Database Setting
As a default, CARCare Mobile Edition will sync with the database
located at: C:\Program
Files\CARCare\CARCare.db.
If the value displayed in the titlebar of CARCare for Windows is different from
this recommended default setting, additional information is available HERE.
